Consultancy Agreement - East Midlands Made Smarter Programme

Purpose of the role of the Consultant: To oversee the development and delivery of the East Midlands Made Smarter Adoption Programme to meet all KPIs, outputs and outcomes. The Consultant is ultimately accountable to ensure the programme performs both operationally and financially and that all relevant resources, processes, policies, and governance mechanisms are in place and operating effectively.
