Energy Efficiency Project in an Essex school

UK Energy Partnerships is working as project manager for an efficiency project in a school in Essex. The project is to improve the energy performance by facilitating the installation of energy efficient solutions. Funding for the project is based on energy savings so return on investment is an important consideration for all solutions. The desired energy improvement at this stage is installing a PV system on the roof of the school and an air source heat pump for the newly built swimming pool building. The project is funded by the school and BEIS as part of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (Phase 2). The proposal will need to meet specific requirements and these are included in the attached project speficiation
