This tender relates to the procurement of a Main Contractor for the construction of 2nr Artificial Grass sports pitches (AGP) and associated works at Wide Lane Sports Centre. The site is currently grass playing fields used for sports and leisure purposes. There is a large single story car park on site. There is an existing AGP pitch which is out of scope as well as fenced off tennis courts. There are trees on site which must be maintained.
