Hartlepool Coastal Conservation Plan

Historic England has awarded Hartlepool Borough Council Regional Capacity Building Grant to support the preparation of conservation area management plans (CAMP) for the Headland and Seaton Carew Conservation Areas. The Council is seeking to appoint consultants to prepare these plans. This brief has been prepared to outline the expectations of Hartlepool Borough Council (HBC) for the following pieces of work. • Headland Conservation Area Management Plan. • Seaton Carew Conservation Area Management Plan.
