Description
Buckinghamshire Council is seeking to commission with an experienced and qualified provider for the co-ordination and delivery of an Accommodation Based Housing Support Service – High Wycombe, Medium Support for 53 service users. The Service will support 53 service users accessing homeless hostel beds or dispersed accommodation within the High Wycombe area to vulnerable single Buckinghamshire residents between the ages of 18 to 55 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
