Tender for the provision of an English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) service

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider to deliver an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) service for eligible adults resettling in Herefordshire. This procurement is being re-issued following the discontinuation of a previous tender exercise which was recently advertised to the market. Previous Tender: Notice identifier: 2026/S 000-045377 Procurement identifier (OCID): ocds-h6vhtk-069b08 Published 18 May 2026, 2:16pm Due to the need to implement the service within a limited timeframe and ensure continuity of provision, the tender period has been reduced. The Council considers that this timeframe is sufficient for suppliers to prepare and submit a response, taking into account that the opportunity has recently been subject to a previous procurement exercise. Suppliers should review the procurement documents in full before submitting a tender.
