Description

The NHT survey is a nationally recognised survey that collects the public's views on different aspects of highway & transport services provided by local authorities and measures public satisfaction. It is the only national survey of its type. The results of the satisfaction surveys are then analysed and benchmarked against all the other local authority members. The survey has been developed by the NHT and the entire process of data collection, data analysis and benchmarking is undertaken by the NHT. The information is then provided to HCC via their web platform. The raw data is also supplied in Excel format. The postal survey is sent out to a representative sample of random households in Hampshire over the summer months.
