Construction of a new build Science Block and Refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed building

Lancaster Royal Grammar School, East Road, Lancaster, LA1 3EF, wish to appoint a Design and Build Contractor to undertake construction of a new build Science Block and Refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed building. These schemes will be tendered separately. The works are scheduled to start in January 2018, the Science Block to be completed by 16th August 2018. Prior consideration will be given to Contractors who have experience in the delivery of projects to a high standard of construction and refurbishment of occupied buildings with Listed Status and can programme without disruption to the School's operational activities.
