Procurement of PlanX content management platform

PlanX is a content management platform for planning services. It will enable The Borough Council of Gateshead planning services to write, share and operate digital planning services that are efficient and user friendly. It is an open-source tool with the aim of making planning simpler for everyone allowing people to find out if they need planning permission. It will also enable submission of planning applications from this tool into back-office systems.
