Provision of Outreach Services

The Fast Stream and Early Talent (FSET) team is an expert service established as part of the creation of Civil Service HR to provide early talent recruitment and management across the Civil Service. The team requires diversity outreach partner experts (these tend to be small niche organisations with specific expertise in accessing, engaging and influencing diverse hard to reach groups) to provide access and recruit diverse groups to our graduate Fast Stream programme, diversity internship programmes Summer Diversity Internship (SDIP)/Early Diversity Internship Programmes (EDIP) and the apprenticeship programme, Fast Track campaigns. The overall aim is to recruit diverse candidates to our programmes, specifically targeting those from lower socio-economic backgrounds (lower SEB), Ethnic minorities and those with disabilities.
