RMBC - AG - Planned Repair and Replacement Work of External Wall Finishes

The council requires the services of a contractor to carry out planned repair/replacement of external wall finishes-pointing, plastering, rendering, shiplap/overlap timber and metal cladding, tile hung and any other type of wall finishes to tenanted domestic properties within its ownership and leasehold properties, comprising houses, bungalows, maisonettes, Flatted Blocks and Sheltered Accommodation schemes located in various roads in the Borough of Runnymede, Surrey.
