The project will benefit from a specialist Move On pathway, tailored to a variety of needs and that respond to supporting our objectives of rough sleeping prevention. This will include access to Housing First units under the Single Homeless Accommodation Programme, Rough Sleeping/Next Steps Accommodation Programme, or other supported accommodation services. The Local Authorities will also work with the service to enable proactive move on pathways into general needs tenancies by promoting greater access through financial incentives and landlord networks.
