GB-Derby: DH16059 - Building Extensions

The construction of single storey and two storey extensions to existing properties from the substructure up to roof covering. Once the property is water tight, the Clients own labour will undertake the internal works. The Client will be holding an open morning on Thursday 1st June to provide advice on this procurement. Further information can be found within the tender documents. The framework will be for 4 years with a maximum of 5 Service Providers. The value will be a maximum of £4 million over 4 years, split between all Service Providers. The Client does not guarantee the amount of work, if any, issued to the successful Service Providers. Access to the framework will be awarded to those tenderers who provide the best price/quality ratio (40% price, 60% quality).
