Design Team Services for Site-Wide Framework Plan and First Phase Full Planning Application

Norwich City Council, in partnership with Homes England, seeks to appoint an experienced and ambitious design team (architects, masterplanners and landscape specialists) to shape the first phase of a major new urban extension in Norwich, on the edge of this historic city.
