ESPH TI Appointment of Procurement Consultant (ESPH262) - AWARD

The Council is sought a consultant to support and take forward a procurement strategy for the provision of their service contracts ( with the exclusion of Facilities Management i.e. cleaning, window cleaning, waste , furniture, provision of soft services e.g. catering) We require a consultant to take this forward in two stages Phase 1 To carry out an options appraisal of all current contracts to identify opportunities to combine contracts and report on omissions & improvements Phase 2 To advise on the most appropriate route to market and agree and prepare tenders and contract documents.
