Block Bed Unit to assist with Covid-19 Rapid Discharge Requirements

The commissioning of thirteen (13) beds on a block contract arrangement at the cost of £1,200 per bed per week when the bed is occupied and £600 per bed per week when the bed is unoccupied during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to increase the care provision for service users that have nursing care needs. This facility is known as the Covid Bed Unit (CBU).
