Tender for Coaching Service and Team Development and Transformation for Tower Hamlets Together

As part of Tower Hamlets Together transformation programme we are looking for a partner organisation to deliver our cross-organisational coaching strategy to system leaders and front-line staff and to introduce a team effectiveness/coaching contract to aid the delivery of quality health and wellbeing services. This approach and use of coaching skills will enable different conversations to take place, enhancing partnership working with patients and staff and delivering increased integrated care to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
