Contract for the Provision of Financial Professional Services

Advance Learning Partnership requires an external auditor to conduct detailed and rigorous examination of financial statements and controls. This is to include the audit of the ALP Active Limited trading subsidiary, and the subsequent consolidation within the Trust financial statements. The auditor should maintain comprehensive documentation of the work performed, as required by auditing standards, to demonstrate that the audit was conducted in accordance with applicable standards.
