Better Places Fund Programme Pier Gardens NEC4 Supervisor

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is seeking to appoint to appoint a specialist organisation with a breadth and depth of substantive experience in NEC4 supervision. The Consultant shall take the project from RIBA4 through to RIBA7. The Consultant will work closely with the NEC4 Project Manager who has been appointed from RIBA1 to RIBA7 by the Authority.
