South Ribble Borough Council (the Council) is invited quotations through the Sport England framework Lot B on behalf of the Central Lancashire Authorities comprising Chorley Council, Preston City Council and South Ribble Borough Council (the Councils) on the terms set out in this project brief for the appointment of a consultant to carry out a playing pitch strategy assessment.
