The University requires a British Parking Association or IPC Approved Operator to provide permit systems, enforcement solutions, back office services & debt collection for its permits and car parking stock. Responses will only be accepted from British Parking Association or IPC Approved Operators. Further information is contained within the tender documents / package. This is an open tender exercise.
