Description
This Virtual Mail Room, Document Scanning and Data Extraction Contract will provide HM Land Registry with a central mail room where items (envelopes, packets or parcels which may contain one or more documents) are received, sorted and the contents are prepped for scanning. Once scanned, documents are needed to be classified and where directed, data extractions are required, following which images and meta-data are submitted to HMLR. Old style deeds, large format plans and cheques/cherished items are also processed. This was procured via a further competition using Crown Commercial Services RM6017 - Postal Goods, Services and Solutions Lot 9 Mail Opening and Digital Scanning Services
