Architect services - Procure Public framework for Building Consultancy Services - AWARD

EDC (the Client) is seeking to procure an Architect and BIM Coordinator. The Consultant will lead the design for Phase 1 of Ebbsfleet Central, the urban centre of Ebbsfleet Garden City located on the land around Ebbsfleet International railway station and the BIM Coordinator will set up and lead the BIM coordination process from RIBA Stage 2 through to the completion of RIBA Stage 5.
