Build of a Construction to Cover an Existing Swimming Pool

Sheen Mount Primary School (The "School") is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of a construction to cover an existing swimming pool. The surrounds of the existing concrete swimming pool are to be increased in height to obtain a depth of 1.2m, up from a current depth of 1m. This intervention will require the installation of a waterproof liner. 2.6 The building needs to be a timber structure, approx. 18.5m x 9.5m in size. It needs to contain two changing room areas, a shower room and accessible toilet.
