Reflect on the 'as is' position around the Adult's front door. Considering in particular the existing digital pathways into the authority and the other non- digital routeways such as the Customer Service Centre and the MASH. There was a focus on interaction with attendees to understand the challenges, scale and impact. An exploration of the digital offers that are available currently and how these may be applied to our front door offer. Examples from other local authorities were provided and risks and benefits of the differing digital models/solutions were shared.
