Kirkley Waterfront Design Team - Engineering - AWARD

East Suffolk Council (ESC) is looking to appoint an Engineering Consultant or Consultant Team to develop two distinct but related planning applications for two key strategic brownfield sites (former Sanyo and Survitec sites - 8Ha in total) located on the South side of Lake Lothing, Lowestoft, in the area often referred to as the Kirkley Waterfront.
