The UK Shipping Concierge have built and is about to deploy and go live on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. It is hosted on MS Dynamics where MFT and the UKSR's CRM systems are also hosted. A Microsoft Essentials support contract is required to fix any faults and issues identified in the system. 25 service tickets will be available within a 1 year period. This contract is to be let under G-Cloud 12.
