Spend analytics and recovery services - AWARD

Bedford Borough Council (The Council) requests submissions from suppliers registered on lot 15 (spend analytics and recovery services) of Crown Commercial Services framework RM6226, debt resolution services. The Supplier will perform a historical analysis of The Council's accounts payable transaction data. Ledgers, trading accounts and systems, invoices, credit notes and payments, in order to identify, investigate report and recover any sums that have been missed, miscalculated, overpaid by The Council or underpaid to The Council. This will not include balances already known to The Council or in the process of being 'recovered' prior to the Suppliers involvement.
