Description
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are responsible for open areas accessible by the public, including car parks, paved areas in both town centres and open spaces throughout Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough. As a result the Council have a duty to ensure these areas are maintained at a satisfactory level for the public to use and access. This also includes street furniture. This agreement is also accessible for North Warwickshire Borough Council (NWBC) although the majority of the works/services shall be for Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC). The Council wish to seek quotes from competitive and reliable suppliers to fulfil its requirements under this framework agreement to ensure public areas are maintained and kept to a satisfactory standard. The Council looks to award this framework to two suppliers. The requirement for these services shall be on an ad-hoc basis and therefore, there is no guarantee of the volume of work under this contract. These works will required on a reactive basis as and when required by the Council(s) subject to on-going requirements and strategy.
