Description
Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking to develop land off Mile Oak Road as part of the New Homes For Neighbourhoods Programme. The is on council owned land off Mile Oak Road in Portslade Village. It is an area of grassland with areas of brush and trees at the edges, used as a paddock. To the east is a small paddock with agricultural building and grassland used for recreation, and the South Downs National Park. Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC) is seeking fee proposals for the appointment of a creative and innovative landscape designer to join a project team and develop the deign through RIBA stages 2-3 The successful designer will be responsible for the following deliverables: Landscape masterplan Landscape strategy inc. LVIA Public realm design and specification to support a Planning submission
