Description
To jointly commission the service, Bristol City Council, with North Somerset Council, South Gloucestershire Council and Bristol, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSGICB), to appoint a provider for The SENDIAS Service provides impartial Information, Advice and Support Services ("IASS") on the full range of education, health and social care as defined in the SEND Code of Practice (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/send-code-of-practice-0-to-25 ) to the following Service Users - (a) children and young people aged 0 years to 25 years of age (inclusive) with (or who may have) a Special Education Need and/or a Disability ("SEND"); and (b) their parents, carers and families.
