The Leathermarket JMB invites tenders for the carrying out of Repairs and Aids and Adaption Works for a minimum Contract period of 36 months in accordance with the Tender Documents for the properties under it's management. The JMB manages 1,500 homes under its management agreement with the London Borough of Southwark, and is Southwark's largest resident-managed housing organisation managing properties in Borough and Bermondsey between London Bridge and Tower Bridge.
