The London Borough of Lewisham has awarded an interim works contract to deliver: Void property refurbishments Damp and mould remediation works Responsive repairs and legal disrepair works This contract has been put in place to address an urgent and sustained increase in demand for housing repairs services across the borough, particularly in relation to damp and mould cases and void property turnaround.
