Trauma Awareness Training

This contract can support our commitment to continue to deliver the following safety critical elements of training to our Operational Colleagues: - ½ Day Awareness Trauma Training in TO and ROC Foundations - Refresher Workshops according to Core to Role demand in Operations - 1 day Trauma and suicide Awareness training - Refresher on Trauma and Suicide Awareness training - Managers Trauma sessions This would be a rolling requirement with the investment to support technical training of all Critical roles in the business. The supplier will need to be able to deliver and see this commitment through to an exceptional standard. - The supplier will be able to design and deliver programmes of work relating to the Trauma and Suicide Awareness bespoke to NH Requirements depending on their needs, requirements and objectives. - The supplier will be able to work with subject matter experts in National Highways in a collaborative manner, demonstrating flexibility and proactiveness.
