GMCA 1358 - Urban Resilience Agenda Expert

This is a specialist piece of work requiring a particular specialised skillset. The requirement is for an independent assessment of how far GMCA's resilience efforts, coordinated by the Resilience Directorate, should go beyond emergency planning and incident response to supporting broader prevention and preparedness. Informing the role of GMCA as a combined authority in UK resilience which, in turn, will inform local and national negotiations about future statutory powers.
