Future Materials Campus - Programme Initiation Partnership (PIP); Nuclear Client of Choice workstreams

Consultancy for 6 months, providing AWE with the Programme Initiation Partnership (PIP) support. Becoming a Client of Choice (CoC) will be built around three core factors, that the supplier must demonstrate prior experience and track record of successful delivery:  • Bringing key nuclear capabilities and expertise to provide the nuclear construction conscience. • Establishing a robust, mature, end-to-end programme for a complex nuclear programme. • Setting up for success, including culture, behaviours, stakeholders & management arrangements.
