Cambridge City Council - Consultancy Services for Electrical Upgrade works at Bermuda Terrace Estate

Cambridge City Council are seeking to appoint an Electrical Engineering Consultancy to help deliver building electrical network, communal amenity / emergency lighting improvements and any associated building works at our Bermuda Terrace Estate in Cambridge. The team should have the prior experience and capacity to survey, design and deliver a package of building networks, lighting, small power and associated containment systems. There are seventy-three existing residential properties (that are a mix of Council tenants and leaseholders) two garage blocks, community room and various external communal areas.
