Description
Ipswich and East Suffolk CCG and West Suffolk CCG are seeking to establish an approved list of domiciliary care providers to enable a more efficient means of sourcing care at home packages for Continuing Healthcare patients when ‘Support to Live at Home’ commissioned providers are unable to provide the requested package. Providers will be capable of delivering high quality care at home services and as a minimum will be: CQC registered; fit for purpose, financially sound; and capable of signing a Standard NHS Contract. Opportunities to provide care packages will be advertised to all providers on the approved list and providers who are interested in delivering the care package have the opportunity to express their interest and submit an offer price. In most circumstances the provider offering the most economically advantageous bid will be offered the opportunity to provide the package of care. Zero value contracts will be given to approved providers and appended with patient specific information as and when the provider secures work. For more information regarding this opportunity please register on the following website to receive the tender documentation. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/westsuffolkcommissioning/aspx/Home
