Hull City Council (The Authority) has appointed Starship Build Limited for the Development and Construction of 42 Properties across 3 sites as part of Small Sites Programme using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) at Kingston upon Hull. The opportunity was advertised from CHIC Newbuild Framework 2023 using mini-competition. The contract is anticipated to commence on 13th April 2026 ending by 5th November 2027.
