The Cornwall College Group along with the Rosewarne Towns Fund Enterprise Units are seeking a contractor(s) to carry out the Conversion of Engineering Workshop to Horticulture Business Units. Conversion and renovation of this building will help to reduce future maintenance costs and create income from tenants who will offer experience and employment opportunity to students.
