Safety Risk Model (SRM) v10 upgrade

RSSB is updating the Safety Risk Model to version 10 (SRM v10). Most work will be handled internally, but an external supplier is needed for specific tasks in modelling and integration from May to December 2026. Tasks include: 1.Development of escalation factors for the suite of train accident models 2.Development of injury atoms for the suite of train accident models 3.Independent Quality Assurance (QA) review of SRM v10 risk estimates 4.Comparison of SRM v10 with SRM v9 risk estimates 5.Independent QA of SRM v10 dashboard
