Radian - Contractor Framework

Radian are an award winning organisation, employing over 1200 staff, providing nearly 21,000 affordable homes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, Sussex, and Wiltshire; and providing care and support to over 450 people across the South East, through Radian Support. Radian are seeking to put in place a framework to undertake construction works on the development programme on sites which will be throughout the geographical area in which it operates. We are looking for a wide range and number of partners who will be able to work with us to deliver our future programme. Schemes range in size from a few individual homes through to 100 plus homes on an individual site.
