Multidisciplinary Professional Services for the Hurst Farm Heritage Trail Project

Multidisciplinary professional services for RIBA stages 4 to 6 to of the Heritage Lottery funded Hurst Farm Heritage Trail. Specific services required are Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager/ Clerk of works, CDM Co-ordinator/Principal Designer and Landscape Architect. The contract is a call off without re-opening competition (direct award) from the Fusion 21 Consultants Framework, Lot 1 - Project Management and Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services and Lead Consultant and Lot 4 - Architectural. Programme and final costs will be determined by the construction phase.
