Temple Cloud Village Hall - Exterior Wall Building Works

Temple Cloud Parish Council requires a contractor to replace the ply boards that form part of the exterior wall of Temple Cloud Village Hall. The ply boards are to be replaced with an infill brick wall to the match the existing surrounding wall. The surrounding wall appears to be double skin with a brick exterior and painted breeze interior, the exact specification to be checked by the contractor. The contractor will be required to check the building specification to match the existing wall and comply with any relevant building regulations. There are two wall sections to replaced. Optional extras are also required to be included as seperate options in the quotation. These include a double glazed double door, a double glazed window and a security shutter to be installed as detailed.
