Description
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is responsible for the management upkeep and repair of the properties it owns. The Council has a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a 2-year term service (1+1) for the clearance of houses, flats and gardens including general and hazardous waste. The service will also include Pest Removal and Fumigation services from various types of Council owned void properties, on occasion work may be required to occupied properties. All properties are located within the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough.
