Description

Norfolk County Council is the Managing Authority for the INTERREG VA France (Channel) England (FCE) programme. The FCE programme is an example of European Territorial Cooperation programme which aims to fund high quality economic development projects on either side of the English Channel. The council wishes to buy marketing services to encourage project applications to the Programme in both France and the UK. Marketing will be undertaken for a year from September 2017.
