Description
Delivery of a Training Needs Analysis for Joint Fires training in the British Army that identifies how Joint Fires should be taught (or continue to be taught) and then specifically how JFST, and subsequent simulation projects, should be delivered to assist in the delivery of this training. The TNA shall be in accordance with JSP822. The TNA shall cover Joint Fires Training, and the simulated methods of achieving it, from the basic career training for Fire Support Teams and Forward Air Controllers at schools. Through individual training at unit lines to Collective Training at levels 2-4, which incorporates the full Air/Land Integration, as currently provided by the DSALT2 capability.
