Brief Description of Requirement The supplier should • Develop and deliver in-depth workshops in o Market prioritisation (including competitive analysis and go to market strategy o User centred design approach for developing Space enabled services. o Commercial consideration and strategies for Space based or enabled technology and services which will form part of the core Leo programme curriculum. Would be delivered live (online). • Offer some 1:1 support for any entrepreneurs who need it (up to 20). This may be costed by an included x number of hours per entrepreneur for y number of sessions with a price for any additional requirement costed per session on a draw down basis (this will be subject to budget availability) • Develop and deliver a Commercialisation awareness and next steps workshop targeted at entrepreneurs with emerging (low TRL) technologies to form part of the Explore programme curriculum. Would be delivered live (online). • Produce online resources that will form part of the UKSA Business Support online resources library focussed on product market fit, competitive analysis and commercialisation strategy. Any online resources will be used with UKSA permission by members of the UKSA Business Support Network as part of a catalogue of business support that can be selected to integrate into local programmes. The material should caveat correct as of date and where viewers will find any up-to-date information. • Host a one-hour Business Horizons - Tech Talks open webinar on the topic of Commercialisation of Space enabled technology and services. This should comprise of o A 10-15-minute overview by a subject matter expert Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement.
