GB-Lowestoft: Employers Agent & Clerk of Works

NOTE: This notice was updated on 04 September 2018 for the following reason: Amendment made to change the Period of Work End date from 31st December 2020 to 31st March 2020.(Waveney District Council is looking to appoint an Employers Agent inclusive of Project Management, Cost Consultant and Contract Administration services. The scope extends to include Quality Managing Service under the role of Clerk of Works in connection with the redevelopment of the Lowestoft Post Office Site. This invitation covers the above services throughout the design and construction phases of the project.)
