Description

The Service is designed to deliver targeted, time limited, low level housing related support, it does not deliver any element of personal care which would necessitate registration with the Care Quality Commission, as defined by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. The Provider will deliver a service across all tenure, to enable people to live safely and independently in their own home and preferred community for as long as practicable.
